Can non-members book?
Yes. Members and visitors can both book, each at the price you set through your memberships. You can also open bookings earlier for members, or keep certain slots just for them.
Do lessons block out courts?
Yes. Lessons and camps take their courts on the same timetable, so nothing can be double-booked. Tournaments, maintenance and events block out their slots too.
Can we keep some slots for members only?
Yes. Access levels let you reserve particular slots, courts or periods exclusively for particular memberships.
Are bookings paid online?
Yes. Players pay when they book, per player or per court, and can split the cost between them.
Can prices and rules change with the seasons?
Yes. Each season, summer and winter for example, can have its own opening hours, prices and booking rules. You can also set aside certain times just for members.
We already use Ten'Up, Playtomic or another tool. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You can start with your lessons, camps and registrations, and add court booking later. We've also put Stageo side by side with Doinsport and BalleJaune.
Can lights and door access follow the bookings?
Yes, if you use connected access and lighting: the player gets their code and the court lights switch on for their slot. Without smart equipment, booking works just as well.
