DécouvrirCan we offer a trial class?
Yes. You set up a separate ‘trial class’ option in online registration, and pupils who want to carry on then sign up for the year.
Can families spread the cost over the year?
Yes. You set the instalment dates, parents pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or cash, and reminders go out automatically.
Can we offer a sibling discount?
Yes. In the family account, the discount kicks in automatically from the second child, based on the rules you set.
Can pupils take more than one class?
Yes. In online registration, pupils can choose as many classes as you allow, and you can offer a lower rate from the second class.
Can we sell tickets for the end-of-year show?
Yes. The show is set up as an activity with a limited number of seats, booked and paid for online.
Are attendance certificates generated automatically?
Yes. Attendance certificates are generated from sign-ups and payments. Parents download them from their account, so you never have to fill them in.
Can teachers take the register on their phone?
Yes. In their app, teachers see their classes, studio by studio, and take the register.
Can we offer class passes for adults?
Yes. Alongside year-round classes, you can sell class passes that are deducted at each class, plus gift vouchers.
Do you handle holiday dance camps too?
Yes. Your holiday camps sit in the same account as your year-round classes, with the same families and payments.
We already use iClub. Can we switch to Stageo?
Yes, and we've compared the two honestly: Stageo vs iClub. You'll see where each one is strongest and how to switch without starting from scratch, ideally before the new term.
