Access follows what's been booked and paid for in Stageo: bookings, memberships and schedules decide who gets in.
Do the lights turn on automatically?
Yes. The court, hall or pool lights up at the start of each booking and switches off when it ends. Nobody has to go in to turn them on, and no more lights left blazing over an empty court.
Does everyone get their own code?
Yes. A personal door code is generated for each booking and sent to the person who booked, by text and email. It only works around their slot, so no more shared codes doing the rounds all season.
Can I turn on lights or unlock doors remotely?
Yes. From Stageo, you can turn on the lights on a court or pool and unlock a door remotely, at any time.
Will it work with our existing set-up?
It depends on your lighting and locks. Show us your set-up and we'll work out together how to connect it to Stageo, door by door and court by court.
Can access depend on a paid-up membership?
Yes, if you want it to. Access can be tied to memberships: a lapsed membership or an outstanding payment pauses access automatically, and it comes back as soon as the member is paid up.
Can I see who has been in?
Yes. The access log records every entry: who came in, when and through which door, plus any codes that were refused.
Who uses access and lighting control?
Anyone who opens courts, halls or pools without staff on site: tennis clubs, padel clubs, swimming schools, fitness studios and many more.
