We work across several schools. Is that a problem?
We already use iClub or Odoo. Can we move to Stageo?

Which countries and languages does Stageo work in?
Stageo runs end to end in English, French and Dutch, from booking through to the messages you send families. Payment methods and official documents vary by country, so we'll go through what applies to your organisation during the demo.
Can parents pay for the year or by the term?
Yes. You offer whatever options suit you, paid in one go or in instalments. Stageo tracks every online payment and sends the reminders for you.
Can we set age limits for an activity?
Yes. Each group has a minimum and maximum age, so on the online booking form, parents only see activities that suit their child.
What happens when a session is full?
New bookings go onto the waiting list. As soon as a place opens up, the next family is notified.
What documents and certificates can parents get?
Invoices, attendance certificates and receipts are generated from bookings and payments, and dropped into the parent portal.
Do you handle breakfast and after-school care too?
Yes. Wraparound childcare sits in the same family account, with scanned attendance and a monthly invoice, right alongside your after-school activities.
