Can we run court booking, lessons and camps together?
Yes. Lessons and camps block their courts in the same schedule used for court booking by members and guests. No court can ever be double-booked.
Can lighting and access follow the bookings?
Yes. With connected access and lighting, the lights come on for each booking, everyone gets their own access code, and you can switch on or unlock remotely from Stageo.
We already use BigCaptain or Doinsport. Can we switch to Stageo?
Yes, and we've compared them honestly: Stageo vs BigCaptain and Stageo vs Doinsport. You'll see where each one is strongest and how to switch without starting from scratch, ideally in the off-season.
We already have a court booking app. Can Stageo handle just the academy?
Yes. You can start with your coaching programmes and groups, camps and registrations, then add court booking later if you like.
Can we keep our existing levels and groups?
Yes. You set up your levels and groups exactly as you organise them today. Stageo suggests a split, but you make the call.
Do members get a discounted rate?
Yes. An active membership or academy plan automatically applies the member rates and perks you set.
What happens when a programme is full?
Anyone else who signs up joins the waiting list. As soon as a place frees up, it goes to the next player automatically.
Can coaches take the register on their phone?
Yes. In the staff app, each coach sees their sessions and players, takes the register and logs everyone's progress.
Can we have a website and app in our club colours?
Does Stageo work for clubs with both tennis and padel?
Yes. A club running both tennis and padel can keep the lessons, camps and court bookings for both in the same account.
Can we give coaches or a partner club limited access?
Yes. Coaches, reception staff and partner clubs each get the access their role allows, such as just part of the schedule. You can create as many custom roles as you need.
