Can families register several children at once?
Yes. Parents add all their children to one basket, pick each child's activities and pay in a single checkout. Details we already hold are filled in automatically.
What happens when an activity is full?
It's marked as full and the waiting list opens automatically. When a place comes free, you offer it to the next person with one click.
Can we give some members priority?
Yes. You can open registration first to your members, returning participants or a group you choose, then to everyone on the date you set.
Can we add our own questions?
Yes. Ask whatever you need to know: allergies, consent, T-shirt size or anything else. The answers are saved with each registration.
What happens on the day registration opens?
Bookings can pour in all at once: places update in real time and nothing gets overbooked. You watch activities fill up live, without the phone ringing off the hook or your inbox overflowing.
Can we offer half days and sibling discounts?
Yes. Extras such as extended care, meals or transport, part-week bookings, sibling discounts and promo codes are all set per activity. The basket works out the price automatically.
Can we handle cancellations and refunds?
Yes. Cancellations are handled with a credit note: the credit can go towards a future booking or be refunded, in line with your terms.
