Is the register saved straight away?
Yes. A register taken in the app is saved instantly and visible in the office. From there it feeds your lists, reports, certificates and, if you charge by the hour, your childcare invoices.
Can coaches see participant notes?
Yes. Participant notes, such as allergies, medication, emergency contacts or anything else you ask for at registration, appear on each participant's profile, pulled from the family account.
Is there an app to install?
Yes, the staff app runs on iPhone and Android, on phones and tablets. Each coach signs in with their own login.
Can a coach cover for a colleague?
Yes. You can hand a group to another coach for a specific date. It shows up in their staff app straight away, with the register to take and the group's details.
Can coaches see who's allowed to collect a child?
Yes. The people approved to collect each child are listed on their profile at pick-up time. The coach can check at a glance, without ringing the office.
