Each child has a card with a QR code, scanned at drop-off and pick-up in the staff app on a phone or tablet. The time and length of stay are logged automatically. For small groups, you can still tick names off a list.
Can we charge by time band?
Yes. Set your time bands, flat fees and exceptions, and they're applied automatically to every session.
Do invoices go out automatically?
Yes. At the end of each period, whether weekly, monthly or termly, every family gets a single invoice (you can check it first if you like) and pays online.
Are tax certificates included?
Yes. Certificates are generated from paid sessions and released to families whenever you choose.
Can each school have its own rates?
Yes. Each school or site has its own hours, time bands and rates. Your reports can then show every site together, or one at a time.
Can we scan with a phone?
Yes. Scanning works in the staff app, on a phone or on a tablet left by the door. Any missed scans can be fixed before invoices go out.
