How does sign-up for season coaching work?
Players send in their preferred time slots using registration requests. Stageo suggests how to split them into groups, you fine-tune it, then everyone gets their confirmation and a payment request.
Can lighting and access follow the bookings?
Yes. With connected access and lighting, the lights come on for each booking, everyone gets their own access code, and you can switch on or unlock remotely from Stageo.
We already use BigCaptain, Doinsport, BalleJaune or iClub. Can we switch to Stageo?

Can we keep our existing levels and groups?
Yes. You set up your levels, from mini tennis to adults, and your groups exactly as you run them today. You stay in control.
Can players book courts themselves?
Yes. Court booking is online, with a member rate and a guest rate, and coaching sessions block their courts automatically.
Can membership include court booking?
Yes. An active membership unlocks court booking for members, either free or at the rate you set.
What happens when a class is full?
Anyone else who signs up joins the waiting list. As soon as a place frees up, it goes to the next player automatically.
Can coaches take the register on their phone?
Yes. In the staff app, each coach sees their classes and players, takes the register and logs everyone's progress.
Do you handle holiday camps too?
Yes. Holiday camps, coaching and bookings all sit in the same account, with one profile per player and per family.
Can we have a website and app in our club colours?
Do you handle padel and other racket sports too?
Yes. Tennis, padel and your other racket sports share the same court schedule, members and payments.
Can we give coaches or a partner club limited access?
Yes. Committee members, coaches and partner clubs each get the access their role allows, such as just part of the schedule. You can create as many custom roles as you need.
