Do you handle lesson passes?
Yes. Lesson passes are sold online and each lesson is deducted automatically.
Can we sell pony camps online?
Yes. As with any holiday camp, pony camps display their age range and places, with a waiting list once they're full.
Can we restrict a lesson to a level or age group?
Yes. Each lesson has its own levels, ages and places, so with online registration, riders only see what's right for them.
What happens when a camp or lesson is full?
Anyone else who signs up goes onto the waiting list. As soon as a place frees up, the next family is notified.
Can families book birthday parties?
Yes. Families can book a birthday package online and pay the deposit at the same time.
Can we sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Whether it's a first pony ride or a lesson pass, gift vouchers are sold online and redeemed at checkout.
Can instructors take the register on their phone?
Yes. In the staff app, each instructor sees their lessons and riders, and takes the register.
Can families find their invoices?
Yes. Registrations, passes, invoices and payments are all in the family account, for every rider in the household.
Do we need a separate website?
