Can families book by themselves?
Can we take a deposit and collect the balance later?
Yes. The deposit is paid online at booking and the balance is tracked. Reminders go out on the dates you set until it's paid.
Is the room blocked for other activities?
Yes. Each party reserves its room or court in the same booking schedule as your classes and camps, so no space can be double-booked.
Can we add our own questions to the booking?
Yes. Headcount, the birthday child's age, allergies or extras: you decide what families fill in when they book, using the online registration form.
Can we set cancellation rules?
Yes. You set your own cancellation and refund terms and Stageo applies them automatically. If a customer asks for one, the credit note is generated automatically.
Can we sell gift vouchers?
Yes. You can sell gift vouchers online for a set amount or a specific service. They're redeemed at checkout.
Do families get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment is linked to its booking and invoice, which families can find in their parent portal.
Can families leave a review after the party?
