What are the steps to get started with Stageo?

You only need to create your organizer account. Creating an organizer account is non-binding and completely free. When creating your account, the law requires us to verify your identity, and you will need to go through a series of forms with our partner Stripe, which usually takes a few minutes at most.

If I need help, can you assist me?

Our support is always available to help you and answer all your questions. Every organizer who signs up on the platform can also benefit from a free two-hour training with one of our sales representatives. Contact the sales support after creating your account if you wish to schedule a training.

Do online payments incur additional costs?

Yes. Online payment fees are independent of Stageo and depend on the payment methods you activate with our partner Stripe, who handles online payments. These fees are automatically deducted before your funds arrive in your bank account (24h delay).
